The Head of eCommerce and Marketing will play a pivotal part in driving that growth. Combining strategic leadership with hands-on execution, it offers the opportunity to shape the future of digital performance in the UK and exploring expanding in to international markets. The Role As Head of Ecommerce, you’ll lead across the website performance, CRM and set the strategy for digital marketing activations. This is a senior leadership role where you’ll define and deliver a digital strategy focused on both customer acquisition and retention, working closely with divisional teams and international colleagues to amplify results. You’ll be responsible for building and evolving the full digital ecosystem, leveraging emerging tools, supporting a growing team and ensuring all activity drives commercial results. Key Responsibilities Digital Strategy and Innovation Define both long and short term digital growth strategy aligned with commercial objectives Own the digital sales funnel from traffic acquisition through to conversion and loyalty Optimise the website to drive sales, and look to improve customer experience across UX, CRO, SEO and personalisation Own and evolve the CRM strategy to improve segmentation, automation and customer retention Oversee CRM platform development and integration across email, ecommerce and social, providing greater visibility on customer touchpoints Lead data-driven lifecycle marketing to deliver measurable engagement and revenue gains Monitor performance analytics and use real-time insights to adjust tactics Managing agencies across Social Media, SEO and Paid Media, setting the strategy, optimising campaigns and ensuring they deliver an ROI Set clear goals, run regular performance reviews and create defined progression plans Own the digital marketing budget, ensuring efficient spend and strong ROI Champion digital innovation, including exploration of new tools, platforms and channels such as TikTok Shop and live shopping. What You Bring You’ll be an experienced eCommerce professionals with a track record of building strategies and teams that deliver results. You’ll have experience working for recognisable consumer brands and feel comfortable working across multiple product categories. You’ll have: 7 years' experience in senior digital roles, including eCommerce and Marketing. Proven experience growing brands, working across eCommerce, CRM and setting the wider digital marketing strategy. Strong commercial mindset and a data-led approach to decision-making. Proven success in leading teams and building capability. An interest in digital innovation and emerging platforms.
