Solicitor or CILEX Lawyer (Residential Property)

We are looking for qualified Solicitors or CILEX Lawyers with 3+ years of experience to handle a diverse caseload and contribute to our dynamic team.
Day-to-day of the role:
* Manage a mixed caseload of residential conveyancing files, including sales, purchases, leasehold, freehold, and new build properties.
* Provide supervision and support to junior staff members.
* Maintain high levels of client care and service throughout all transactions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Qualified as a Solicitor or CILEX Lawyer with at least 3 years of experience in residential property.
* Strong commitment to client care and the ability to maintain high service standards.
* Ambitious, dynamic, and possessing a positive "can do" attitude.
* Excellent organisational skills, strong work ethic, and keen attention to detail.
