Reporting into: Managing Director
Salary: £60 - 70k

What You’ll Lead
As the head of the Sales function, you’ll shape strategy, inspire a talented team, and unlock new commercial opportunities. You’ll be the driving force behind revenue, margin delivery, and customer success, working hand-in-hand with the Managing Director.
What You’ll Do
* Build, coach, and develop a high‑impact Sales team
* Craft and execute customer-led sales strategies
* Strengthen key account relationships and win new business
* Drive revenue, volume, and margin targets
* Monitor KPIs, profitability, and budget performance
* Present commercial insights and forecasts at senior level
* Spot market trends and recommend new product/channel opportunities
* Collaborate with NPD, Operations, Supply Chain & Marketing
What You’ll Bring
* Strong communication & negotiation skills
* Proven sales experience (Retail or Food Service) within a food manufacturing business is essential
* Leadership experience with a track record of success
* Excellent organisation & commercial acumen
* Degree preferred, or equivalent experience
* Full UK driving licence
