You’ll be joining our Highways maintenance team, as the UK’s number one highway maintenance contractor, our teams use the latest innovations to create effective solutions. We offer a range of services including planned and reactive maintenance and highway improvement schemes. Want to come and be a part of it? What will you be doing? Manage the submission and administration of highway permits. Handle requests, receipts, and assessments of Traffic Management drawings before permitting. Ensure timely opening/closing of permits to avoid fines from Local Authorities. Provide prompt responses to internal and external inquiries from Local Authorities and Project Teams What You’ll Bring Knowledge of working in a customer focused environment Ability to effectively prioritise / manage workloads and deliver to timescales. Experience in a customer focused role where you have had to deal with complex complaints. Knowledge of Microsoft packages. What’s in it for you?
