About the Team:
Our New Product Development team is at the heart of innovation, creating cutting-edge solutions that redefine beauty and technology. As part of the Product Team, we drive exciting projects from concept to launch, transforming ideas into groundbreaking products that captivate consumers.
About the Role:
As Product Team Manager, you will lead and inspire our team of Product Technologists, ensuring the smooth delivery of projects and guiding innovation across our portfolio. You’ll play a pivotal role in steering both existing and future product categories, while providing strategic input into intellectual property, trademarks, and patents to safeguard our business.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage, mentor, and support the Product Technologist team, providing day-to-day direction and leadership.
* Take ownership of a brand or category (e.g. Tria, ZIIP, Hair Health), driving its roadmap and ensuring category excellence.
* Provide guidance and input on IP, trademark, and patent decisions to strengthen and protect our innovation pipeline.
* Coach and develop team members, supporting career progression and building functional expertise within the Product team.
* Establish ways of working and best practices across the team to improve efficiency, collaboration, and consistency.
* Act as the central communicator, ensuring senior management is updated on project progress, timelines, challenges, and risks.
* Drive collaboration across marketing, regulatory, project management, and external partners to ensure product launches meet the highest standards.
* Guide clinical and efficacy validation with external partners to ensure robust, science backed product claims.
Candidate Requirements
* Degree in Science, Engineering, or a related field; OR at least 5 years of proven experience in New Product Development within a relevant field.
* Proven experience in New Product Development (NPD) and team management, ideally within beauty, skincare, or consumer technology.
* Strong understanding of IP, trademark, and patent processes in a product context.
* Confident leading cross-functional projects from concept through to launch.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
* A passion for beauty technology, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.

2nd Stage – A one-hour interview where you can expect competency questions. In most cases this is held in person.
