Salary is up to £30k for someone with previous experience, but up to £35k if they have the Chartered Institute of Housing (CIH) Level 4 qualification. If they do not have the qualification, we would be looking for them to complete the course during their time with us – paid for and supported by us of course. All the buildings are in the Ealing area and the Tenant Services Manager would be expected to spend at least a couple of days a week onsite, so ideally they would be based on the west side of London.
