We’re looking for an experienced Team Leader (Miller) to lead and optimise CNC milling operations. You’ll play a key role in improving production efficiency, tooling strategies, and quality across our precision engineering team.
What You’ll Do:
Ability to troubleshoot problems and resolve to a timely conclusion.
Flexible, positive approach able to work under own initiative to a conclusion.
Timely resolution of any quality spills or issues.
Train and support CNC operators
What You’ll Need:
Fully skilled time served engineer/experienced supervisor
CNC setter/operator knowledge
Background in production or manufacturing engineering
Passion for continuous improvement and quality
