Relief Front of House Supervisor – Full-Time (6 month fixed contract, potential full time)
Location: Leeds – Multi site role
Rate of pay: £14.00 per hour
Hours: 37.5 hours per week (5 over 7 days)
Weeks: 52 weeks
This role requires flexibility to travel to multiple locations to support the Site Manager with front‑of‑house duties. The position is currently a 6‑month fixed contract with the possibility of extension to full time.

Responsibilities
* Assist in the preparation of food and snacks.
* Keep the kitchen and restaurant areas clean and tidy at all times.
* Provide a friendly, efficient and hygienic service to all customers.
* Ensure that customers receive prompt and efficient service and that expectations are consistently exceeded.
* Be customer focused at all times, be visible during service periods, approachable and quick to exceed expectations in fulfilling customer needs.
* Project a willing and helpful attitude to customers; seek knowledge of food items sold through catering areas and keep service counters clean and fully stocked.
* Treat team members at location with respect and professionalism.
* Co‑operate with all team members and undertake duties in the kitchen/service areas as requested to ensure an efficient and effective service is delivered at all times.
* Attend food safety, health and safety and environmental training courses as required.
* Rigorously follow the unit cleaning schedules.
Qualifications
* Must own a car and be flexible.
* Ideally have experience working within education catering.
* Have good Health & Safety knowledge.
* Flexible with a can‑do attitude, customer focused.
* Fun and enthusiastic.
* Have excellent organisational skills.
* Demonstrate great attention to detail.
* Be a team player, enjoy succeeding as a team.
* Possess great customer service skills.
* Have a flexible approach to work.
