Avencia are partnered with a leading insurer to recruit a Claims Adjuster handling Financial Institutions, Fintech and Management Liability claims.
This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with experience in FI or PI claims to join a high-performing team and handle London Market claims.
Key responsibilities
* Handle FI and Management Liability claims in line with internal claims and reserving philosophies.
* Deliver a customer-focused approach through timely service and clear, professional communication with brokers and insureds.
* Contribute to team KPIs, proactively identifying areas for improvement and sharing feedback with Claims Managers.
* Work with managing agents and service providers across multiple jurisdictions.
* Collaborate with colleagues, sharing insights and best practice across the team.
* Provide feedback on claims trends, policy wordings and renewal considerations to Claims Managers and underwriters.
* Build and maintain strong broker relationships, acting on feedback to enhance service delivery.
* Report on key claim developments, trends and significant notifications.
Skills & experience
* Previous experience handing claims in Professional or Financial Lines
* Demonstrate strong written and spoken communication skills.
* Demonstrate strong team work.
* Possess strong independent organisational skills.
* Have good IT (Microsoft Office) skills, including Word, Excel, Access and Outlook.
