We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vehicle Technician to join a prominent used car supermarket group in Bristol.

The successful Vehicle Technician will report to the Service Centre Manager and be part of a supportive, expert workshop team working on a diverse range of vehicle makes and models.

Conduct diagnostic testing to identify vehicle faults accurately and efficiently
Perform vehicle repairs and servicing on all makes and models
Carry out MOT tests where qualified as a Vehicle Technician
Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards, adhering to health and safety procedures
Communicate vehicle condition, safety, reliability, and performance issues to the Service Centre Manager
Maintain accurate records of repairs and diagnostics as a Vehicle Technician
Ensure work quality and safety standards are consistently met or exceeded
Manage your toolbox and ensure all tools are fit for purpose and maintainedRequirements:
NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
Valid UK driving licence with minimal points
Demonstrable experience in vehicle diagnostics and repairs
MOT qualification (preferred but non-essential)
A dedicated, detail-oriented approach with a pride in quality workmanship
Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
