To optimize client access to London Market capacity, the GBC is undergoing a major transformation to digitize operations and implement a new Target Operating Model. This initiative will introduce new ways of working and leverage cutting-edge technology to enhance capabilities and efficiency. What You'll Be Doing As the Change Manager, you will: Lead the change management approach across the project, aligning with other GBC initiatives. Define and execute the change management strategy and plan. Manage the change team and collaborate closely with Programme and Project Managers, as well as business leaders. Engage with sponsors and stakeholders to influence and ensure delivery of project outcomes. Contribute to the overall project strategy and execution. What We're Looking For To succeed in this role, you should bring: A proven track record of leading large-scale, complex change initiatives, ideally with London Market experience. Strong skills in assessing change impact and delivering effective mitigation plans. Experience leading change teams, including communications and training delivery. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across all levels. The ability to manage multiple priorities and perform under pressure. Strong leadership, critical thinking, and time management capabilities
