Main duties of the job
To act as a Theatre Practitioner in primarily anaesthetic and recovery roles. Scrub skills are desirable but not essential. To work as part of the theatre team based at Sussex Premier Health in Hastings. You will be required to provide exemplary planned care for patients within the perioperative and assist in the management and organisation of care provision in the operating theatre.

Qualifications
* Registered Nurse or Registered Operating Department Practitioner
* Evidence of relevant continued professional development / training to degree level or equivalent level of knowledge and experience / Revalidation documents
* Working towards Mentorship and CPD at degree level
Experience
* Experience of working in a healthcare setting
* Previous experience of working in teams and with minimum supervision
* Previous experience in a caring role
* Experience of applying clinical reasoning skills to a range of complex and varied patient case mixes
