We are now recruiting for an Admin Support Manager to join our team here at our Head Office based in Ipswich. This is a full-time permanent position working Monday - Friday (37.5 hours per week).
This role will be to manage the Head Office admin team and provide a competent and efficient admin service to various departments.
Main duties will include:
* All administrative tasks including but not limited to answering incoming telephone enquiries, email management, and monitoring.
* Co-ordinating admin/reception team.
* Preparation of Board and Regional Manager Reports.
* Arranging meetings, hotel bookings, and flights.
* Postal duties.
* Copying tender documents for issue to technical departments.
* Post contract and project performance reviews.
* Supply chain quality assurance procedures.
* Supporting all technical departments in their specific admin requirements.
* Stationery ordering.
Are you the person we are looking for?
We are seeking someone who has exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy, is organised with good time management skills, and is forward-thinking, able to go beyond the given task with a flexible approach. Due to the nature of the role, confidence in engaging with staff at all levels as well as members of the public (over the phone and in person) is essential.
The successful candidate must have good working knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Knowledge of cloud-based programs would be an advantage.
