HRLife are excited to be working with a growing, fast paced business to find them a pro-active HR Operations Specialist for a 9-12 month FTC. You will lead the operational delivery of all transactional HR services across EMEA to ensure excellent operational excellence, data integrity and smooth embedding of global people processes to support the company as it continues to grow.


With a focus on process optimisation, digital enablement, and global consistency, you’ll be integral to delivering a first-class employee experience whilst supporting the implementation of SAP Success Factors.


Key Responsibilities will include;

* Manage all employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, offboarding, employment changes, and employee data management
* Partner with the Rewards and Benefits team to align payroll, performance, and benefits processes with accurate employee data and timely coordination of changes
* Collaborate closely with the broader HR team to ensure end-to-end process consistency and efficiency across the EMEA region
* Support the SAP SuccessFactors implementation team with designing workflows for absence, onboarding and employee data
* Support user training, change management, and knowledge transfer to embed new SAP modules
* Contribute to the ongoing optimisation and maintenance of the new HRIS post-go-live, ensuring system accuracy and continuous improvement.
* Conduct internal data audits to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to policies and SLAs.


If you have used SAP SuccessFactors previously and come with an operational HR background supporting the full employee lifecycle then we'd love to hear from you! Experience in the following areas is key to be successful in this role.


* Experience working in a fast-paced HR function delivering HR Operations for a high-growth, multi-national organisation.
* Strong understanding of UK and EMEA HR processes, with the ability to adapt to regional legal and compliance requirements.
* Proven experience contributing to HR system implementations and/or HR transformation projects, ideally with SAP SuccessFactors
* Strong process mindset; experience in process mapping, data governance, and workflow optimisation.
* Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritise competing demands and deliver results to deadlines.


9-12 month FTC

Salary c.65k plus bens

January start

Oxford based 3 days a week, 2 days remote.
