Accountabilities - Provide swift breakdown support for various pharmaceutical assets and processes within the aseptic manufacture facilities. - Investigate and identify root causes using structured problem-solving methodologies. - Actively lead and deliver continuous improvement activities and projects using lean and manufacturing methodologies such as RCM, TPM, and CBM. - Work closely with production operators to provide equipment training and coaching.
