ProSkillz Recruitment Ltd are looking for an experienced Registered Manager to support the Responsible Individual on their journey to open a new 2 Bedded EBD Childrens residential home in Nottingham.
This role will suit an experienced Registered Manager looking for a new challenge to step up and take on full management responsibilities.
We need a Registered Manager who truly does put children first, and role models this with the rest of the team. We expect the children in your care to feel valued and cared for, safe and loved, and to be given opportunities to achieve their potential whilst their individual needs remain at the core of everything you do.
As this will be a new home the Registered manager will join the team before the service is up and running and will therefore have a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the provision along with the Responsible Individual.
The Registered Manager will be supported by the Responsible Individual in registering the home with Ofsted and creating a successful service where children and young people as well as the staff team enjoy positive outcomes.
