Within our B2B business unit we are on a period of growth. As part of this journey, we are transforming the way we operate to meet the current and future needs of our customers. We are therefore seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our Change and Transformation team and define and deliver our internal transformation plans.
As a Business Analyst, you will collaborate with various stakeholders, including executives, managers, and technical teams, to gather requirements, complete root cause analysis, define problem statements and support successful project delivery.
Responsibilities
1. Conduct comprehensive analysis of business processes, systems, and operations to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
2. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements and objectives.
3. Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and use cases, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and feasibility.
4. Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including process maps, workflow diagrams, and system configurations.
5. Collaborate with technical teams to design, develop, and implement solutions that address identified business needs and requirements.
