Henderson's Artisan Bakery & Cafe is an established and successful bakery/cafe in the heart of Salisbury. We are recruiting an artisan baker to support our head baker within our small and friendly staff team. The ideal candidate will have two years baking experience, working with sourdough, hand moulding, making pastries and laminated doughs, cakes and biscuits. The candidate should be numerate, understand hygiene in a bakery, and communicate well, as well as being hard working, reliable and cheerful. After training, some of the work will be on your own, so you will need to be self reliant and able to plan your own work.
The position is full time and will involve night work as well as some day shifts, around 35 hours per week, including Friday night/Saturday morning.
