SEN Teaching Assistant – Salford Full-time | April Start We are currently recruiting dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistants to support one of our partner schools in the Salford area. As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students who require additional help to achieve their full potential. You will work closely with teaching staff, providing both classroom support and targeted 1:1 or small‑group assistance. Candidate Requirements We are looking for individuals who have: A genuine passion for working with children and young people Transferable skills or first-hand experience supporting others An enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply for one Two recent references, including one from your most recent employer This role is ideal for graduates or anyone seeking valuable school-based experience before progressing into teacher training.
