Set in a beautiful Cornish countryside location, the restaurant sits within a family-run vineyard and winery surrounded by vines, orchards, and rolling views. It’s a genuinely special place to cook, create and grow.
The kitchen is led by a passion for seasonal, seafood-driven cooking, serving a refined small plates menu that showcases the best produce Cornwall has to offer. Fish and shellfish arrive daily from local fishermen, alongside carefully sourced meat and seasonal ingredients.

The role
The Chef de Partie will take responsibility for a section in a busy, fast-paced kitchen, delivering consistently high-quality dishes during service.
Key responsibilities
6. Running and managing a section during busy service
7. Preparing and cooking seafood, meat and seasonal small plates
8. Working closely with local fishermen and suppliers
9. Maintaining consistency, presentation and attention to detail
10. Supporting senior chefs and contributing to smooth service
11. Upholding excellent food hygiene and kitchen organisation

19. Experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis ready to step up
