This position would be the perfect stop gap for someone who is in between roles, covering a period of absence for
8-10 weeks .
Working for an amazing public-facing organisation, as part of a top tier HR & Development team, helping to develop and deliver learning activities both online and in person.
This is a
hybrid role
working 50/50 between offices in
Peterborough
and working from home. There might be some very occasional travel to their other office in Bradford.
You will ideally have:
Experience of working in OD, L&D or Training as part of a wider HR team
Previous use of LMS and eLearning software such as Articulate or similar
Comfortable delivering training and also doing training evaluations, training needs analysis (TNA), etc.
Salary
£33,200
for this full time position - it's a brilliant role that will get involved in lots of different projects, particularly around employee wellbeing.
