Job Description
The Planning and Logistics Manager will be responsible for coordinating orders into the production plan and managing logistics for pickups and deliveries to ensure timely and complete customer service. This includes liaising with third-party packers and logistics providers, maintaining accurate stock levels, and ensuring compliance with customs documentation.
Responsibilities
1. Plan all bulk/retail/oat drink orders into the production schedule to meet delivery deadlines.
2. Coordinate with local and international third-party packers and logistics companies to ensure timely delivery of packaging and products.
3. Maintain accurate stock records using Sage 200.
4. Communicate with the Senior Operations Manager and Finance to adjust stock levels based on sales forecasts.
5. Work with the Sales Department to update sales forecasts.
6. Manage logistics providers to meet delivery requirements and resolve customer complaints related to deliveries.
7. Ensure all export customs documentation is accurate.
8. Perform any other tasks as required by the business.
Skills and Experience
* Experience with Sage 200.
* Ability to analyze data effectively.
* Knowledge of BRC standards and requirements.
* Experience with KPIs related to order timeliness and warehouse audits.

* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
