Job summary
We are hiring a Social Care Administrator to join our Inspection Support Team.
The Social Care Administrators handle a high volume of digital and telephony contact including applications to register in the social care remit, updates to existing registrations, complaints, and other correspondence, from a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders. The environment is fast paced, target focused and committed to safeguarding children and young people. The role is to provide outstanding customer service across a number of work types, in line with regulation and policy frameworks.
