Summary:
We are hiring on behalf of our client, a leading global company, for a Swedish Speaking Payroll Specialist to join their CBS team. This is an initial 5-month contract with the possibility of extension or permanent employment upon successful evaluation.
Responsibilities:
Process payroll for all Swedish sites ensuring compliance with Swedish legislative and statutory requirements and adherence to SOx controls.
Serve as the main point of contact for payroll-related queries from Swedish locations, including tax, social security, illness, insurance, and audit matters.
Maintain strong relationships with internal customers and external agencies.
Participate in and initiate continuous improvement projects across departments.
Maintain and update documentation, workflows, and procedure manuals.
Attend (virtual) customer meetings within Sweden to address payroll-related questions.
Requirements:
Professional proficiency in both Swedish and English.
Extensive hands-on experience processing Swedish payroll with up-to-date knowledge of legislation and statutory requirements.
Proven experience working with SAP Payroll systems.
Strong Excel skills.
Ability to manage complex payroll processes and compliance requirements effectively.
