Job Description
* Lead mobile marketing campaigns across global markets
* Manage paid app channels including ASA, UAC, FB, DSPs, and ad networks
* Collaborate with country teams to plan and execute performance strategies
* Monitor KPIs like growth, CPA, LTV, and conversion rates
* Report campaign performance to internal stakeholders
* Support ASO, fraud prevention, and mobile attribution initiatives
* Test new channels and scale performance beyond current mix
* Work with BI and analytics teams to improve tracking and efficiency
* Contribute to creative strategy and in-app engagement plans
* Assist with onboarding new markets into in-house mobile operations
The Successful Applicant
* 4+ years in mobile marketing, ideally with UK and international experience
* Hands-on with ASA, Google Ads, FB App Campaigns, DSPs, and mobile ad networks
* Strong grasp of tracking tools like AppsFlyer, Firebase, GA4, and fraud platforms
* Experience in digital performance planning and forecasting
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Comfortable working across multiple countries and cultures
* Highly analytical, data-driven, and tech-savvy
* Able to manage multiple projects and deliver results under pressure
* iGaming experience is a plus but not essential
* Familiar with automation tools and marketing tech evaluation
