Contract Type: 6 months fixed term contract

Hours: 20 hours per week: Mondays to Saturdays between 9am and 5:30pm

Location: High Street, Croydon

Closing Date: 11/04/2025

Please note, if successful in this role, your contractual job title will be Customer Services Consultant.

* As a Customer Services Consultant you will join us on our journey to WOW customers and you will undertake a truly valuable role. You will be responsible for offering a consistent level of customer service while driving sales of our innovative products and services.
* You will be working in one of our Directly Managed Branches as part of a busy team where you will have the opportunity to build a great rapport with customers.
* This role offers you an exciting opportunity to learn new skills and work in all areas of the Post Office, including the Counter, Post shop, Travel Area and Meet & Greet.
