Responsibilities:
* Provide positive role modeling to uphold Grandir UK values
* Ensure equal access and opportunities for staff, parents, and children
* Supervise and support children at all times
* Maintain an attractive and welcoming environment
* Assist in preparing and supervising activities under the guidance of Level 3 qualified Practitioners
* Read, understand, and implement all company policies and procedures
* Adhere to updates in policies and practices within set timescales
* Ensure compliance with the Early Years Foundation Stage requirements
* Report concerns regarding policies or practices to your line manager
* Maintain a positive attitude with children, parents, visitors, and colleagues
* Maintain confidentiality where appropriate
* Attend staff meetings, planning sessions, and training as required
