Location: London (3-4 days/week in-office)
Salary: £120k–£140k + equity

The Role
As our Senior/Lead Product Manager, you’ll drive user acquisition, retention, and engagement across the platform. You’ll work cross-functionally to identify growth opportunities, run experiments, and optimise the user journey—helping reach millions more users.
What You’ll Do
* Own the growth strategy and roadmap, focusing on user acquisition, retention, and lifecycle engagement. You must have experience working at one of the high growth b2c companies going through a similar trajectory
* Design and execute growth experiments to drive key metrics.
* Collaborate closely with top engineering, design, data, and marketing teams.
* Analyse user data to uncover insights and inform product decisions quickly, being at the forefront of trends.
* Optimise funnels and user journeys to maximize conversion and retention.
* Mentor and support junior team members as they scale but this is largely a IC role.
About You
* 5+ years’ experience in product management at a high-growth start-up or scale-up. (Think companies doubling their size and teams x2 year on year)
* Proven track record in growth-focused roles for B2C digital products.
* Deep expertise in analytics, experimentation, and data-driven decision-making. A true growth expert.
* Entrepreneurial spirit; comfortable with rapid change and ambiguity.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
* STEM background preferred.
* Excited to work 3-4 days a week in our London office.
