Sommelier
Join our Lanesborough Grill team at The Lanesborough, awarded No. 1 Hotel in London by Travel + Leisure World's Best Awards. Located near Hyde Park, Harrods, Harvey Nichols, Sloane Street, and Knightsbridge, this luxury hotel features 93 suites and bedrooms, modern British dining, a vibrant bar, and a spa.
As a Sommelier, you will deliver exceptional guest service, demonstrate excellent communication skills, and have a passion for wine and food. You will support the team during service to create memorable experiences for guests.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will have:
* Experience in a similar fine dining role
* Excellent command of English; additional languages preferred
* Impeccable grooming standards
* Familiarity with hotel environment is a plus
* WSET Level 3 or diploma preferred
* Ability to perform manual handling and heavy lifting
