SHEQ Administrator
Hours of work: Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week

Project Partners are now recruiting for a proactive and hard working SHEQ Coordinator to come and join a fantastic close-knit team in Falmer/Brighton, supporting on all things SHEQ!
The purpose of the role as SHEQ Admin will be responsible for providing administration support on all aspects of Safety, Health, Environment and helping deliver a culture of continual improvement. SHEQ Admins are responsible for providing and supporting the SHEQ Lead and Compliance Manager to deliver SHEQ objectives for the business.

Role Summary:
1. Produce reports on SHEQ data.
2. Liaise and support the Compliance Manager to ensure all team responsibilities are fulfilled.
3. Uploading PPE, completed training certificates, induction paperwork and incident data to the company database.
4. Support the Compliance Manager in booking training, as required.
5. Assist the Environment and Sustainability lead in obtaining permits, as required.
6. Responsible for collating incidents, near miss and hazard data and disseminating when required.
