Remote | Manufacturing / Industrial Sales
We are seeking a driven Key Account Manager to grow sales and profitability across the North West region. This is a field-focused role where you will develop existing accounts, win new business, and build strong long-term customer relationships within manufacturing environments.
Key Responsibilities

Drive gross profit growth across your territory

Manage and develop key customer accounts (60-70% of role)
*
Identify and win new business opportunities (30-40% of role)
*
Maximise customer visits (expectation of 3 days per week in the field)
*
Achieve volume and supplier growth targets
*
Maintain accurate pipeline and activity in CRM
*
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver best-in-class customer solutions

Proven experience selling into manufacturing or industrial customers
*
Strong relationship-building and commercial skills
*
Self-motivated, resilient, and positive mindset

Highly organised with a proactive “can-do” approach
*
Comfortable working in a field-based, target-driven role
