Key Account Manager - North West | Remote | Manufacturing / Industrial Sales
We are seeking a driven Key Account Manager to grow sales and profitability across the North West region. This is a field-focused role where you will develop existing accounts, win new business, and build strong long-term customer relationships within manufacturing environments.
Key Responsibilities
* Drive gross profit growth across your territory
* Manage and develop key customer accounts (60-70% of role)
* Identify and win new business opportunities (30-40% of role)
* Maximise customer visits (expectation of 3 days per week in the field)
* Achieve volume and supplier growth targets
* Maintain accurate pipeline and activity in CRM
* Collaborate with internal teams to deliver best-in‑class customer solutions
About You
* Proven experience selling into manufacturing or industrial customers
* Strong relationship‑building and commercial skills
* Self‑motivated, resilient, and positive mindset
* Highly organised with a proactive “can‑do” approach
* Comfortable working in a field‑based, target‑driven role
