Duties
* Greet patients warmly and assist them with the check-in process.
* Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar efficiently.
* Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries with accurate information.
* Maintain patient records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
* Process patient payments and manage billing inquiries.
* Collaborate with dental staff to ensure seamless communication regarding patient care.
* Assist in maintaining a clean and organised reception area.
Skills
* Previous office experience is essential, preferably in a healthcare setting.
* Strong administrative skills, including proficiency in using office software and managing documentation.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.
* Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
