This is a flat, engineering led organisation that genuinely values technical excellence and gives its people real autonomy.The RoleThis is a Mid Level QA Engineer position within the founding Belfast engineering pod, joining at an exciting stage of the team's growth. You will contribute to the development and maintenance of automated test suites, work alongside experienced engineers to embed quality early in the delivery lifecycle, and play an active role in shaping QA practices within a greenfield function. Working closely with software engineers, DevOps and product teams, you will help ensure the reliability, accuracy and performance of real time trading systems operating in live global markets.
