Responsibilities * Deliver engaging and differentiated Mathematics lessons tailored to SEMH learners. * Create a safe, supportive classroom where students are encouraged to build resilience and a positive attitude towards learning. * Monitor, track and assess progress, providing clear and constructive feedback. * Collaborate closely with teaching assistants, pastoral staff, and wider colleagues to provide holistic support. * Contribute to enrichment and extracurricular activities that develop confidence and life skills. Requirements * Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). * Strong subject knowledge and a genuine enthusiasm for teaching Mathematics. * Experience of working with young people with SEMH, SEND, or additional needs (desirable, but full training and support are available). * A patient, resilient, and empathetic approach, with excellent communication skills.
