We are seeking a Fleet Administrator for a leading fuel delivery company in Callow Hill. This role is ideal for someone with strong organisational skills and attention to detail who can manage a wide range of administrative duties. This role is full-time at 40 hours per week, working 8 hours per day between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM. There is flexibility to start at either 8:00 AM or 9:00 AM. In addition, you will be required to work one Saturday morning every four weeks (4 hours), which will be paid as overtime. Responsibilities: * Maintain accurate records and documentation. * Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams. * Schedule, book, and track jobs to completion. * Handle enquiries, process orders, and provide admin support. * Use Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) for reporting and day-to-day tasks. * Support compliance and company standards. * Assist with phone cover and general team support.
