The Role – Unqualified Teaching Assistant
As a Unqualified Teaching Assistant, you’ll be supporting students both in and out of the classroom, helping them stay engaged and on track with their learning.
Your day-to-day duties as a Unqualified Teaching Assistant will include:
1. Supporting pupils with additional needs such as SEND, SEMH, autism, and ADHD
2. Helping students manage behaviour, routines, and emotions
3. Working alongside teachers to support learning in lessons, small groups, and on a 1:1 basis
4. Building positive relationships to improve confidence and engagement
5. Collaborating with teaching staff and pastoral teams
