We are recruiting for a number of full-time and part-time positions.
Role Description
We are looking for a confident and motivated Clinical Pharmacist Prescriber, V300 essential, to join our growing team. In this role you will provide safe and effective prescribing within your scope of competence, deliver medicines optimisation and structured medication reviews in primary care and act as the key point of contact for your allocated sites. You will use EMIS to manage patient records and clinical coding working independently while maintaining close communication with the wider team to ensure the highest standards of patient care and service delivery. This is a client facing role where your clinical expertise will be matched by your ability to build strong relationships, maintain professional independence and spot opportunities to add value to the practices you work with.
Responsibilities
* Provide safe effective prescribing within scope of competence, V300 essential.
* Deliver medicines optimisation and structured medication reviews in primary care.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships as the main point of contact for your sites.
* Confidently use EMIS to manage patient records and clinical coding.
* Work independently while keeping communication open with the wider team.
Qualifications & Experience
We are looking for someone who is a GPhC registered pharmacist with an Independent Prescribing qualification V300, who;
* Ideally has experience in primary care and competence with EMIS, however this is not essential and successful candidates will be given introductory training.
* Is confident with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
* Can manage their own workload and make sound clinical decisions.
* Holds a full UK driving licence and can travel to client sites.
* Brings commercial awareness and a proactive approach to service delivery.

Pay & Hours
Pay from £47,000 to £49,500 per year.
Expected hours 18.75 to 37.5 per week.
Education
* Degree level.
Licences & Certification
* Prescribing preferred GPhC required.
* United Kingdom required.
Travel & Location
* Work location hybrid remote in Liverpool office / North West based GP practices.
* Holds a full UK driving licence and able to travel to client sites.
* Willingness to travel at least fifty percent of the time.
Essential Qualifications
* GPhC registered pharmacist.
