You need to have experience in dealing with luxury properties as well as high-net-worth individuals.Key Responsibilities:Pre-tenancy and end-of-tenancy arrangements, inc. inventory checks, cleaning, maintenance, and safety compliance certificatesPreparing new tenant move in packsManaging personal portfolio of tenancies, handling maintenance requests and repairs whilst liaising with the landlords and tenantsArrange contractors to attend properties for maintenance requests and report back to the landlordDiarise periodic inspections of the properties and arranging with the tenantsOversee and arrange deposit disputes, deductions, and returnsBuild strong working relationships with contractors to ensure high levels of service and satisfactionProvide exemplary customer service to all parties at all times, upholding the company standards of careKey Requirements:A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Property or Portfolio Management within Prime Central London or equivalentExperience in working within luxury property and with high-net-worth individualsARLA level 2 is desirable but not essentialStrong customer service capabilityImpeccable attention to detailMust be proactive, innovative and constantly seeking to improve and better processes.Tech savvy and process drivenEnjoys working in a boutique environment and enjoys sharing ideas and working collaboratively.MeticulousDetermination to grow and develop within the luxury property sector and property managementProficient in MS Office Inc.
