Annual salary: up to £27,077.51 General Operative Exeter Full-Time, Permanent, 42.5 hours per week Monday-Friday Salary £27,077.51 per annum We provide a tailored rapid-response and planned housing maintenance services to meet the needs of our client Exeter City Council. About the Role: As a general operative working with Exeter city council, you will be working with our roofer supporting them with all roofing repairs, this could include setting up ladders, ensuring tools and equipment are ready for use, assisting with holding or positioning materials in place, removing old roofing materials, ensuring the site is inline with health and safety, loading and loading vans and transporting materials. You will also be working alongside other operatives if required. Key Criteria: Previous experience working in a general labouring role.
