Hours: 14 hours per week x 39 weeks (8:30 am – 4:00 pm, Monday and Tuesdays) – potential to increase to 35 hours per week from September 2027

Forty Hill CofE Primary School is looking to appoint an Admin & Welfare Officer to be part of a thriving school office team.
Responsibilities
As the Admin & Welfare Officer, you will be responsible for supporting with administrative tasks, organisational processes, first aid responsibilities and other areas linking to pupil welfare, such as attendance within the school. You will also act as the initial point of contact for parents, visitors and other stakeholders, and therefore serve as an ambassador for the school, embodying the vision and value in all interactions.
The role starts as two days per week (Monday and Tuesday) with potential to increase to five days per week from September 2027.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Disclosure and Barring Service Certificate required for all posts.
* Enhanced checks as part of Prevent duty and excellent references.
