As a Junior Sous Chef, you’ll be working with a menu that is packed full of flavour, provenance and seasonality. Our all-day food menu showcases and celebrates the diverse, modern French food landscape with indulgent French classic dishes that are balanced with lighter options too.
Responsibilities
* Lead and support a kitchen team, ensuring high standards of food preparation and service.
* Work with the menu to deliver flavour-forward dishes that reflect provenance and seasonality.
* Collaborate with senior kitchen staff to maintain consistency and quality across all shifts.
