Job Description:
Grassland Agro sources, produces, and sells a complete range of conventional and specialty fertilizers, soil conditioners, animal mineral blocks, biostimulants, and dairy hygiene products. As part of Groupe Roullier, our R&D is conducted at our Global Innovation Center in St. Malo. We pride ourselves on delivering superior technical advice at a local level to support our growth, which relies on product quality and on-farm expertise.
We seek a Regional Sales and Business Development Manager for the Northern Ireland region. The role involves developing long-term customer relationships, engaging with industry stakeholders, and executing strategic and operational sales plans. Responsibilities include market product presentation, optimizing distribution and costs, managing trade customer relationships, overseeing sales administration, leading and motivating the technical sales team, and ensuring company policies are upheld. The role requires collaboration with the Business Management and Operational Teams.
Qualifications and skills include a tertiary qualification in Agriculture or Business, proven sales management success, technical knowledge of the agriculture sector, strong commercial acumen, leadership skills, effective communication, problem-solving, organizational abilities, and a full clean driver’s license.
