Job Title: Machine Operator
Location: Bangor
Pay Rate: £13.12 per hour (£13.41 per hour with valid FLT licence)
Shift Pattern: Converting shift pattern 8-hour rotating shifts (Days & Evenings), Monday to Friday.

We are currently recruiting for a Machine Operator to join a fast-paced manufacturing environment producing high-quality adhesive-coated tapes for automotive, aerospace, and industrial applications. This role involves operating large-scale industrial machinery in line with defined operating procedures and production schedules while working as part of a small, supportive team.
Safety, quality, and reliability are key priorities in this position.
Key Responsibilities as a Machine Operator:
1. Operate large-scale production machinery in accordance with written and verbal instructions and standard operating procedures.
2. Set up machines, load raw materials, operate equipment, and unload finished products.
3. Follow daily production schedules to meet output and quality targets.
4. Monitor product quality and take responsibility for ensuring standards are met.
