3-month contract role with a local authority Summary This is a 3-month contract role with a local authority, focused on managing and delivering medium-to-large-scale regeneration and capital building projects across all RIBA Plan of Work stages. The position requires leading multidisciplinary consultant teams, ensuring projects meet time, cost, and quality targets, and collaborating with stakeholders across the council. The postholder will manage risk, ensure compliance, and deliver high-quality outcomes that support the council’s regeneration and community wealth-building ambitions. Responsibilities Lead and manage a portfolio of medium-to-large, complex regeneration projects with a combined value of approximately £10m. Oversee all RIBA work stages from inception to completion. Drive delivery using extensive construction and regeneration knowledge to meet time, budget, and quality targets. Requirements Essential Experience Required Project management qualification OR substantial experience delivering regeneration construction/building projects through all RIBA stages. Experience supervising multidisciplinary teams in the built environment. Essential Qualifications Required Strong project planning, management, and reporting skills.
