What you will do:
Deliver highly effective Occupational Therapy services as part of the 0-18 Disability Team, supporting children and young people to achieve positive outcomes.
Manage and prioritise a complex caseload independently, ensuring high-quality care and assessment.
Provide expert guidance and supervision to non-qualified staff and students, fostering a supportive learning environment.
Collaborate with a range of professionals to develop tailored intervention plans.
Promote and ensure compliance with health and safety practices as well as fair access, diversity, and inclusion policies.
Contribute to crime prevention efforts in accordance with the Crime and Disorder Act 1998 through awareness and committed practice.
