We are seeking an engaging and responsible Senior Sales Assistant to lead our diverse team at the Milton Keynes store.
Our Senior Sales Assistants perform all duties of Sales Assistants & Keyholders, ensuring a seamless and consistent customer experience. They act as role models and coaches to the team and play a pivotal role in meeting both team and business needs. This role is a key step in developing your people management and operational skills within retail.
This position is for 25 hours per week. Shifts will vary across 7 days, and you may be asked to cover management team holidays when needed.

THE ROLE – Senior Sales Assistant – MILTON KEYNES
* Take responsibility for opening & closing the store when necessary, following all relevant procedures.
* Exceed individual sales targets and contribute to overall store performance: Sales, Conversion, UPT, ATV.
* Lead delivery procedures, processing all stock in line with company expectations.
* Assist the store management team with daily retail operations and health & safety procedures, including deliveries, clocking in/out, stock takes, replenishment, and floor management, maintaining a safe and tidy environment.
* Drive high standards of customer service to ensure every customer has an exceptional experience.
* Handle till transactions according to operating procedures and assist with complex customer inquiries.
