Our client is a dynamic and expanding furniture company providing top-quality furniture and appliances to the London property market and are seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual to join their team as an Office Administrator.
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and customers, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
Responsibilities:
* Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
* Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via phone and email.
* Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, fostering trust and loyalty.
* Develop a strong understanding of company products to effectively assist customers with their orders.
* Manage incoming calls and emails, prioritizing tasks and deadlines effectively.
* Utilize various software programs to create correspondence, manage records, and maintain accurate databases and spreadsheets.
* Maintain the company website by updating and adding products and descriptions.
Qualifications:
* 2+ years of experience in an office administration role.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel) and other relevant software programs.
* A positive and "can-do" attitude with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
Salary range: £28,000.00-£31,000.00 per year.
Full-time, permanent position.
