We are recruiting a KS3/4 Maths Teacher for a vibrant 11-16 school in Tameside. This is a temporary position covering a long-term absence to start ASAP.
The school has excellent facilities and a supportive leadership team. This is an exciting school to work in as they are always at the forefront of trying new initiatives.

Maths Department

Pupils
11. Years 7- 11.
12. A range of abilities, including SEN.
13. Some low-level challenging behaviour.
14. Behaviour is improving under the a dedicated behaviour team.
Role of the Maths Teacher
15. Starting ASAP .
16. Temporary position.
17. Teaching across KS3 and KS4.
Ideal Maths Teacher
18. Good at building relationships.
19. Engaging and interactive.
20. Patient with a range of approaches to teaching.
21. Previous experience of teaching Science at secondary level is essential.
