Job Duties:
1. Assist in the development and implementation of educational programmes
2. Support students with special educational needs
3. Conduct assessments to evaluate student progress
4. Provide one-on-one or group support sessions
5. Collaborate with teachers and parents to create individualised learning plans
Required Qualifications:
6. Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related field
7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
8. Ability to work effectively in a team environment
9. Good organisational and time-management abilities
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related field
Experience:
Previous experience working in an educational setting is desirable but not essential
Knowledge and Skills:
10. Understanding of child development and learning processes
11. Knowledge of special educational needs and strategies to support them
12. Ability to assess and evaluate student progress
13. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Preferred Qualifications:
14. Postgraduate qualification in Educational Psychology
15. Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorders
16. Experience using behavioural interventions
Working Conditions:
This role will involve working in a school environment, interacting with students, teachers, and parents. The work hours are typically during school hours, Monday to Friday.
