OPPORTUNITY 1
Responsibilities
Ideally, you will be an enthusiastic building surveyor, preferably chartered or near chartered (not essential), with experience in project management/contract administration (essential), building surveys, party wall, dilapidations, licence to alter, and condition reports.
Experience in both residential and commercial sectors, along with a positive, proactive approach, will enable you to hit the ground running.
The goal is for the ideal candidate to eventually manage, mentor, and grow a team under their supervision.
Qualifications
BSc(Hons) Building Surveying
AssocRICS or MRICS preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
OPPORTUNITY 2
(minimum 3 years experience)
Responsibilities
This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious & driven individual seeking to accelerate their career as a Building Surveyor and work towards their APC. The role involves working on complex and inspiring projects across various sectors.
Duties include project management/contract administration, building surveys, party wall, dilapidations, licence to alter, and condition reports.
Experience in project management and a proactive approach will help you succeed.

OPPORTUNITY 3
Commercial Property Agent
An experienced Commercial Property Agent is needed to handle and expand lettings, sales, and acquisitions of commercial properties within an established and respected firm of Chartered Surveyors. Local knowledge of the Essex market and a drive to generate new business, while providing excellent service to existing clients, is essential. The role requires teamwork and support from the admin team and other surveyors.
Qualifications
AssocRICS or MRICS desirable but experience is more important. Remuneration will depend on age and experience.
